Assessment of environmental factors affecting satisfaction of residents living in old and historical context (Case Study: Sarshoor neighborhood of Mashhad)

Abstract:
It is safe to say all sectors involved in human life in his satisfaction of his life , unfortunately district in the level of old tissue Nazli in this respect . sarshoor neighborhood in the center of the historic city of Mashhad mega - including valuable tissues historical and at the same time a worn out , which is facing problems for bodily exhaustion , inefficiency of performance, environmental problems and … heavily on the satisfaction of its residents . The purpose of this research measure effect on the amount of components in the context of satisfaction . - descriptive and analytical research method of application - type of development . gathering information as both a library - documents ( review existing plans and quantities of letters , etc.) and field - a survey ( observation , questionnaire and interview … ) , the number of questionnaires using the Cochrane 80 was estimated to number between residents and simple random distribution and were collected. Analysis of the information collected by Topsis method . the findings of this study showed that among the factors effective in enhancing satisfaction ( in the context of " tend to attending religious services , " 7116 / 0 , access to daily or weekly shopping centres with a score of 649 / 0 and quality of access to public transport by a factor of 6158 / 0 including are the factors that can promote satisfaction indicators contributing in the Sarshoor . The findings indicate that a comprehensive and in the immediate area also has a direct impact on the world and satisfaction orientation nose neighbourhood residents are in this regard the ideology of discussions about the neighborhood is honest and willingness to attending religious services was the top scorer .
