Identify and prioritize the factors affecting the security of rail passengers using cross-sectional model
Security in rail travel seems very important and it is one of the safest facilities in the world. With respect to cross-sectional model, time between entering passengers to train station until boarding a train, the time between boarding passengers until exit the train station and the time between getting out the train and departure, we will be able to count many effective factors on security from time and location point of view. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective factors on security of rail passengers through cross-sectional model. Information has been gathered by field research interview and questioner and exploratory features. Obtained Factors were classified in two categories: general and specific. Effective Specific factors on rail security divided into 3 levels, level one includes 10 factors, level two 25 factors and in level three 5 factors and also 13 general factors have been recognized by experts. Identified factors were winnowed by 30 expert officers of railway police via Delphi Fuzzy technique and at the end 9 general factors and 17 specific factors in 3 levels remained. Dimetel fuzzy results imply that the most important in general factor is equipping the train stations and the coaches. As well as some parts of rail way (hot spots) must be equipped by Surveillance System and the most important specific factors in level one is the train station must be equipped by electronic devices to control passengers in level two is prevention of cyber-attack to electronic systems which lead the train in level three is the promotion of security train station building.
