Gender Justice

Although the gender justice has been employed by opponent discourses in Islamic and non-Islamic countries, it is in need of alyzingly scrutinizing. There is raised a question mark over if gender justice is a comprehensive term to arrive at a common ground of ending up the oppression againts women. Investigating articles and texts having been utilizing that word so as to analyze, theorize or make strategies, it can be inferred that the term is not used in the same sense, but indicate variant concepts. its expansive interpretability subject to the interpretability and indeterminacy of thetwo terms, justice and gender, in the theoretical contemporary age, has led to the lack of adequate understanding in women' studies and legal approaches toward women, what can be more observed between Islamic and non-Islamic atittudes. To prove the statement, the paper is to deal with the following two aspects:1. the background of applying "gender justice" in international and foreigndocuments about women.2. Iranian researchers' perception of "gender justice".
