Investigation of the Pattern of Improvement of the Performance of Interior Ministry Staff

Abstract:
Improvement of qualified staff and improvement of labor force performance is a necessary issue for organizations in the country, and selection, education and maintenance of them require specific criteria and indicators. The main objective of this research is to investigate the model of localization of the performance of staff in the Ministry of the Interior. The research method is applied in a practical way, and according to the information gathering, it is quantitative and has been done using the structural equation method. Sampling method was Morgan table. For distribution of the questionnaire, 274 persons were considered as a sample of research. The research is conducted in a survey method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data. Using statistical software Amos, the statistical test was calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that all components of the employee performance improvement model were confirmed and it was proposed to consider the knowledge and business process of talent management in the Ministry of Interior to implement the model at the Ministry of the Interior.
