Compilation of Islamic-Iranian Patterns of Skills Training in Secondary Schools in Iran

Abstract:
The main purpose of this research is to design an Islamic Islamic model for students in secondary schools. This research is in terms of its purpose, with a qualitative approach. The statistical population is the experts, experts, and managers who experience or are present in one of the fields of formal education (education) and informal (technical and professional organization). A sampling method was used for conducting in-depth interviews through targeted sampling method to theoretical saturation using snowball sampling. In order to collect data and information for research questions, a semi-structured interview tool has been used. The results of the study showed: "basic and non technical skills and competencies of students, technical and occupational skills of students, professional training based on skills and competence, strengthening of Islamic and Iranian values of work, flexibility versus change and specialization Education in education "as a focal point or a pivotal category. "The categories of quality of teaching, teaching and learning, paying attention to merit and suitability, approach and strategy in skills development, the presence of skilled and efficient teachers, specialization, futures and futures, and the quality of teaching and learning" are considered as causal. Which has an active role in learning skills and does not develop skills until these factors are provided.
