Abstract:
The present study aimed to investigate The Impact of Professional Ethics on Organizational Agility with the Intermediate role of Cognitive Empowerment (Case Study: Education in 5th area of Tehran). The methodology of the research was applied in terms of the purpose; also, according to the time of the research, it was a cross-sectional study; and in terms of data collection, it was among quantitative studies. The method of the research was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population in this research included all employees of the Education in 5th area of Tehran (403 employees). Using random-stratified sampling method, 270 employees were selected as the sample size using the Cochran formula. In this research, three standard questionnaires of Professional Ethics of Kadosier (2002), Organizational Agility Questionnaire Sharifi and Zhang (1999) and Spritz's Cognitive Empowerment Questionnaire (1995) have been used. In order to assess the validity of content and structure validity, for reliability purposes, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability coefficient were used. The obtained coefficients indicated the validity and reliability of the tool. Data analysis was done in two descriptive sections (mean, standard deviation, table, shape, and graph) and inferential (structural equation modeling) using LISREL-v8.80 software. The results of the research showed that Professional Ethics affects organizational Agility (0.42); Professional Ethics affects Cognitive Empowerment (0.88); Cognitive Empowerment affects organizational Agility (0.57). In the relationship between Professional Ethics and organizational Agility, Cognitive Empowerment has mediating role (0.93).
