Legislative Criminal Policy of Iran on control of crime and social anomalies

In today's world, economic security in the national resources of a country and the health of the financial and economic relations of individuals and institutions is the foundation of the security of a society. Providing advanced and dynamic economic infrastructure is a factor for national power but the durability of this power is the health and transparency of economic activity. Today, the need to control economic corruption in national resources and the need for a criminal policy in society is quite tangible. According to available quantitative and qualitative sources of national crime crimes Is increasing in the country, on a daily basis, we are witnessing the news about the seizure of agricultural land, natural resources, mines, and other national resources. Therefore, according to the above, the purpose of this research is to control the crimes and social anomalies, including economic corruption related to national resources (land degradation), and this requires the adoption of appropriate criminal policy in each legislative, executive, judicial and participatory process. Methodology is descriptivelibrary research. Findings of the research in the form of 4 topics showed that in the area of substantive criminal law related to crimes of earthquake Firstly, proper crime is not committed and there are certain disadvantages and disadvantages. Secondly, the penalties imposed are not appropriate in terms of the type and severity of the criminal deterrence aspect. Conclusion The necessary research (adopting a scientific and ethical criminal policy with the active participation of various bodies of governance in the field of legislative, judicial and executive criminal law) By attracting public participation (in line with cooperative criminal policy), it is control of economic corruption in the territory of national resources.
