social development is a concept recently taken seriously by سیاستگزاران and especially urban managers. this study wasconducted to investigate the concept of social development and recognition of its indicators and the level of reliability andvalidity of its reliability and validity. the method of conducting research in the study section was the concept of socialdevelopment of documentary type and in the assessment section the validity and reliability of the tool is a survey type.statistical population is the study of all citizens living in tehran city. sampling sampling method is multi - step cluster. thisresearch is applicable in terms of the purpose of the application.
