This research has been undertaken to examine the relationship between participation in sports with the desire for violence in the workplace in teachers. The purpose of this study is applied to applied research. Due to the fact that in this research, library study method and field method such as questionnaire, it can be stated that the present study is based on the nature and method of a descriptive-survey study Is. The statistical population of this research is all teachers of sport (men and women) in Amol city.Because the statistical community is low, we will select a statistical sample of 169 people. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire of sports participation and a questionnaire on violence in the workplace, measured by Likert scale 5. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient calculated in this study in a preliminary study with the distribution of 15 questionnaires of sports participation 0.89 and violence 0.87 in the work environment.The results of the research showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between participation in sport with desire for violence in the work environment in the teachers of Amol sport, because the observed significant level (sig = 0.0001) of predicted error value (01 / 0) is smaller.The results also showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between participation in sport with components of the desire for violence in the workplace (physical violence, psychological violence, and reactionary violence).
