Determining the Effective Factors in Developing Electeronic Public Relations in Islamic Azad University Roudehen Branch

This study was done to determine the effective factors in developing electronic public relations in Islamic Azad university Roudehen branch. The given factors consisted of sub-structures, the role of human power, electronic atmosphere, the role of human relations as independent variables which affect the development of electronic public relations. The study is of descriptive and survey type. Regarding the purpose, it was applied. It was also based on the documents and field work. The research tool was researcher-made and its related index of reliability appeared to be 0.84. The population consisted of all teachers and staff working in the Roudehen branch (totally 1100 subjects) out of whom 338 were considered as the research sample. The results of the study, using regression and Spearman rank order correlation coefficient, showed that the research independent variables do not have significant effect on the development of electronic public relations in Islamic Azad university Roudehen branch.
