Optimal Selection of Steel and Concrete Structures using ELECTEREMethod
The need for construction in the least time, with the lowest cost and the best quality, has led the construction industry to the industrial machinery with quick installation. In this regard, the necessity of using new structures and materials to increase construction speed, lightness and extending useful life has been discussed more than before. The aim of this study is to study the new construction structures such as 3D panel, (LFS), tunnel mold and RCM system with permanent insulation (ICF), focusing on economic, executive and technical criteria to study the potential of using these systems in villa villages in the north of the country (Mazandaran province). At first, library studies were conducted to select the effective criteria for selecting the most appropriate method of construction. Then, the required data were collected by questionnaires with comments from experts and building industry experts in construction contractors of Mazandaran province. Finally, after collecting the data, using the ELECTRE method, the most suitable structure has been introduced. Considering all the criteria among the structures, the structure was proposed as the most suitable structure for use in the construction of villa villas in the province.
