Transformational Leadership and Its Influence on Employees' Job Attitudes (Study on Agricultural Bank Branches in Mashhad)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee's attitude of work. The present research is applied in a descriptive-correlative manner in terms of the purpose of the application, and in terms of how the data is analyzed quantitatively. The statistical population in this research is all employees (formal, contractual and contractual) of Agricultural Bank Branches in Mashhad. The total number of them was 400 according to the information obtained. Using Cochran formula, 202 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. . The instrument for measuring this research was a questionnaire of 38 questions that was validated by the experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient test, which was used for transformational leadership and job attitude (0.89, 83/0). Pearson correlation coefficient was also used to analyze the data using SPSS software and structural equation modeling using Lisrel software. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable of transformational leadership and its dimensions (intransigence, idealization, inspirational motivation and individual considerations) with the dependent variable of the job attitudes of the branches of Agricultural Bank Branches in Mashhad.
