Mediating role of organizational structure in relation between organizational culture and organizational commitment in Kermanshah Education Offices

This research was carried out with the aim of investigating the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment with the intermediate role of organizational structure in the education and education of Kermanshah city. The statistical population of the study consisted of 110 personnel employed in the Department of Education in Kermanshah 1 Division. Using Cochran formula, 85 individuals were selected as sample. Data collection was done by three standard questionnaires: organizational commitment, organizational culture, and organizational structure. Data analysis was done in two parts by descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential (Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and structural equation modeling technique) using Excel, SPSS 22 and LaserL The analysis was done. The effect of mission culture and organizational commitment regarding the intermediate role of organizational structure in Kermanshah County Education Administration is 0.613 and its significance level is 0.033 and less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that between mission culture and Organizational commitment due to the intermediary role of organizational structure in Shiraz University's education administration
