The Study of the Role of Selling and Buying Votes on Political Participation in Ilam Province with Emphasis on Elections of Islamic Parliament.

Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this study is the investigation of vote purchasing role on the political involvement of people in Islamic parliament election at Ilam province. the research method is the statistical population of residents that are qualified for vote at 10th period in Islamic parliament election at Ilam at the north provinces at 1394. The population was made of 301199 people; 384 people was selected based on Cochran sampling method. The data are gathered based on questionnaires. The results were calculated by the help of Cronbach alpha index after a primarily test as 87.6%. data were analyzed in a descriptive, inferential level. The data also were confirmed for research variables. Structural equation model was used for explanation of research model. the data analysis showed that there is a meaningful difference among age, education and residence for political involvement. Regression analysis showed that increase and decrease at the vote purchasing level as a 22.3% portion, will increase or decrease the political involvement at Ilam province, respectively.
Result
political involvement has affected by different factors. Vote purchasing is an important factor for victory and engaging people to voting.Keywords:
