Abstract:
In this research, we intend to investigate and explain the exogenous variables in three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, disorientation and lack of success, and its effect on the successive level of job satisfaction in three dimensions of leadership style, organizational climate, and opportunities for employees in the Tehran water and wastewater company district 1. The population of the study is 245 formal employees and the term of the water and wastewater company in the city of Tehran. The sample is 78 people using the Cochran formula. Sampling in this research was done by simple random sampling method. The research method was descriptive-analytic and the research data were collected through a questionnaire. In this research, the slope and stretch coefficient were used to examine the distribution of data. The hypothesis test was used by descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, linear regression analysis and t test dependent) using SPSS-25 software. The results of the study showed that there is a significant reverse relationship between the pre-existent burnout variable and the post-job satisfaction variable and job burnout is 8.4%. Job burnout is also inversely correlated with organizational climate subscale and burnout Explaining 12.1% of changes in organizational climate underneath the scale, and the emotional exhaustion scale has a significant negative correlation with job satisfaction and affective exhaustion of 14.3% of the changes in job satisfaction.
