Evaluation of the effectiveness of peer education in Operations Units in Naja
he purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of peer education in the field of NAJA Operations Unit. A descriptive-survey method was used. The statistical population consisted of two groups of employees. The first group is staffed by trainees who work in paid jobs and the second group includes managers, commanders, and assistants who oversee their job performance as learners. The number of the statistical population is 135 and the sample is the whole population. In this study, based on the Kirkpatrick model, four types of standardized scoring tools were used Questionnaires of reaction, learning, general behavior, and specialized behavior were used on the Likert scale. Content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach’s alpha, which was 94%. The results showed that the implementation of peer-to-peer courses was effective in Najah operational operations. The effectiveness of peer education in the operational units was 70% on general behavior, 47% on specialized behavior, and 77% on general and professional behavior. Also, the satisfaction rate of the students was 86.4%.
