Workplace Flexibility and Employee Confidence: An Analysis of the Mediating Role of Positive Organizational Behavior

Abstract:
Nowadays, organizations are increasingly confronted with dynamic and changing environments which, due to structural changes in the social structure of societies, economic relationships and organizational forms, have led to unrestricted and unrestricted relationships between individuals and the need for trust. The title reveals a fundamental factor in creating new links between individuals and volunteering in the organization. In the present study, the relationship between work flexibility and employee trust with an analysis on the mediating role of positive organizational behavior. This study was conducted on a sample of 211 managers and staff of Guilan Province Road and Urban Development Office. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey. Confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha were used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the research model and reliability. Structural equation method was used to test the research hypotheses. Findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between all aspects of flexibility of working conditions and employees' trust. There is also a positive and significant relationship between the flexibility dimensions of working conditions and positive organizational behavior. There is also a positive and significant relationship between positive organizational behavior and employee confidence.
