By using the regional security complex theory, the research has tried to answer the question: what is the impact of the Syrian crisis on regional security complex in the Middle East? The hypothesis of the research is: the Syrian crisis has led to the creation of a new sub complex in the regional security complex of West Asia. The findings of the research, which is conducted by descriptive- analytical method, suggest three existing sub complexes could not explain the conflict and the presence of a variety of regional actors and, proponents and opponents of Syrian government would lead to the establishment of a new sub complex. The likely consequences of sub complex are proxy wars, intensifying religious war, sectarian wars and ultra-regional skirmishes.Key Words: Regional Security complex, The West Asia, Syrian Crisis, Resis-tance axis
