The Causal Relationship between Socialization and Motivation with Sport Participation of Female Employees of Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht Branch
The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between socialization and motivation with sport participation among female employees of Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht Branch. This research is descriptive and is of a causal nature and field method. Due to the limited statistical population, the whole society (173 people) was selected as a statistical sample. To collect data, Taurinma's standard socialization questionnaire (1994) with 20 questions with a reliability coefficient of 90.90, and Mortazai et al.'S motivation and participation questionnaire (2014) was used for 37 questions with a reliability coefficient of 0.93. In descriptive statistics, the frequency, percentage, mean and inferential statistics of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, path analysis and structural equation model were used. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS-22 software and LaserList software version 8.8 at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that there is a significant causal relationship between social participation and sport participation among female employees of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch (81.6%, 50.5% B). According to the fitting indicators reported, the conceptual model of this research has a good fitting level. Socializing and motivating women's sports workers is a process through which women acquire knowledge and awareness and motivation for effective and active participation in sports.
