Data gathered through a survey undertaken in 1396 (2017) were analyzed. The sample included 400 pensioners in 9 provinces which were interviewed through telephone interviews. Results show that satisfaction with cultural services as well as not-in-person services provided by agents are low while satisfaction with the behavior of the organization’s staff as well as medical services is high.
