Transparency from the point of view of Islamic government and good governance
The research method of this paper is descriptive-analytical which uses library method for data collection and the data collection tool is compression. Lack of transparency and secrecy are often deliberately and with various legal, political and security justifications by statesmen. The product of such a process justifies social underdevelopment and inequality on the one hand and results in the renting and transfer of public resources to specific individuals and groups. Therefore, the authors can expect that in a desirable governance through the principle of transparency and dissemination of correct information to citizens and society automatically, areas of reform, corruption reduction, accountability, efficiency and accountability will be provided. On the whole, it can be said that transparency will free the public authorities of society, participation and oversight by the public, and ultimately the rightful conduct of the law.
