Abstract:

In the Holy Quran and in the 88th verse of the surah Hood, it is said: “I only intend reform as much as I am able. And my success is not but through Allah. Upon him I have relied, and to Him I return”. This is the very goal pursued by all the prophets: reform of opinion, reform of ethics, reform of practice, and reform of social relations and systems. Such reforms take place in the light of changes in groups. This article discusses the basics and components of group transformation management in an organization. The research question is what are the fundamentals and components of group change management in the organization from the Quran’s perspective? The researcher has undertaken a theoretical research on the teachings of the Qur'an by using a "descriptive-analytical" approach and using a library study method. The results show that the foundations of ontology, anthropology, and value are the most important principles of group transformation management and planning and guidance are the most important components.
