Decision making framework for outsourcing activities in the banking system

The outsourcing of financial services has been growing during last decades.Inspite of expanding managers awareness about this subject,most of outsourcing projects have been lost due to qualifative decision critera and ignorance of environmental circumstances. The purpose of research is to design a model for making decision about outaourcing activities in banking system.From the point of purpose ,the research is practical and developmental and based of gathering the data,it is descriptive survey. The tool of this research in qualitative part is interview and quantitative is questionnaire. Statiscal society includes banking specialist in 7 govermental banks and central bank. After analyzing the aspects of variables that is originated from theoretical and research principals,the initial model is determined.After using delphi and 3 rounds between 20 people of banking specialist,the final research with 6 factors and 22 subfactors was determined. In order to connection between criteria and weight of the factors, F.DEMATEL manner and ANP were used. It seems banking system in order to outsource of activities in banking system,must pay attention to role and importance of factors for decreasing the risks that connected to outsourcing activities.
