approaching on all kinds of deeds of Sunna and the effect of knowing the kind of Sunna in deduction of Islamic laws

Tradition is one of the most important sources for the knowledge of jurisprudence which is divided into three categories of words, acts and silent approvals depending on the action and reaction of the infallible (P.B.U.H). After the words of the infallibles, their acts are placed in the second rank of significance in ruling and deducing rules is definitely possible given specific circumstances are met. However, if some jurisprudents overlook the acts tradition of the infallibles, it is due to these specific circumstances. Thus, the more the infallibles' acts are known, the more the tradition of acts is approachable. The issue of Haj is one of the most remarkable cases in which the infallibles' acts could be focused, as in this issue, acts play a key role in stating rules and paves the way to study the tradition of acts because it prepares the ground for such a study for the multiplicity of acts. Thus, the researchers have focused on the issue of Haj. Contrary to the common trend of referring to sources of principles of jurisprudence, the researchers have attempted to refer to the instances of inferring to tradition in jurisprudential sources and jurisprudents' jurisprudential discussions on tradition which determines the degree of its validity in inferring rules, so that a true dichotomy of tradition is achievable. Having investigated the instances of infallibles' arguments to referring to the tradition of acts and its quality and quantity that jurisprudents take advantage of in deducing rules, tradition could be categorized to Haj inclusive and others' inclusive and evident each of these categorizations represents different instances in jurisprudence and a true understanding of these categorizations exerts an overwhelming influence on deducing rules from tradition of acts.
