Observing People’s Attitude Towards Organizational Health in Ardabil (with emphasis on police departments)
This research is an applied research and uses descriptive method to assess people's attitude towards organizational health in Ardabil's police departments. The study's population consists of people above 18 years old, of which 400 were chosen from average citizens (purposive sampling) and police department clients (random sampling). The research's data, were collected using questionnaires with their reliability and validity tested and analyzed. For the analysis of data normality test, one sample t test, and variance were used. The results demonstrated that in Ardabil people's view, organizational health is in a fairly satisfactory state. Nevertheless, the level of its health is decreasing. And social and governmental response to corruption is unsatisfactory. In addition people believe that there is not much difference between organizational health in police departments and other public organizations.
