Comparative analysis of the regions of Ilam from the perspective of Newurbanism using AHP hierarchical analysis method

This reasearch is aimed a comparative analysis of Ilam zones from the perspective of New Urbanism, using analytic hierarchy process was carried out. This research In terms of functional, The rate and degree of control variable field, In terms of monitoring data and mixed hearing loss is a descriptive study(Qualitative, Slightly). The required information in this research through structured interview collected by using the questionnaire Thomas AL. Saaty 9 values. The target population in this study, experts in administration and urban planning was formed in Ilam then finally 12 person’s were chosen by using purposive sampling to complete the questionnaire. Benchmarks were obtained using literature review. Based on the criteria in the context of increased density, Compliance with continuous traffic network, The different types of housing, Existence and keep strengthening of traditional Structure, Existence of green open areas and parking lots, Public transportation, Security in the contex of urban, Mixed uses and attention to walkability as new urbanism standard’s.Data analysis was conducted by using “Expert choic” application, “AHP” method’s and sensivity analysis.On the basis of new urbanism standard’s, zone 1 has earned most of points with the final weight (0.441) , and therefore has higher priority than other zone’s of ilam city.Zone’s 2 and 3 are the next priorities respectively with weight’s (0/326) and (0/147), and zone 4 with final weight (0/085) was the fourth priority.
