The data of this research have been collected using field studies and for analyzing these data, AIMSUN and ARCGIS software have been used. According to the results of the research in the present situation, the main roads of the study area have a traffic problem and Since the separation of transit and production traffic in the short term and without the development of the arterial network and the improvement of the network of passages around the area is not possible. Therefore, the bahar area does not have saturated passage reception capacity and the ability to increase construction density.
