Kermanshah Land surface temperature changes in during 1393-1397 periods
The land surface temperature can change over time due to changes in the structure of the environment, land use, constituents, etc. Understanding of land surface temperature can a lot helps to environmental planning (Including how energy consumption, citizens' thermal comfort, etc.). In this study, the land surface temperature changes of Kermanshah city between 1393-1397 were investigated. In this study, Landsat 8 satellite images and single channel algorithm method were used to estimate the land surface temperature. The results showed that in both years 1393 and 1397, most of the city was covered by temperatures of 45-50 ° C and then 40-50 degrees. But in 1397 the temperature range to 40 Celsius degrees has increased sharply and the range of other temperature levels has declined, with the highest decrease being above 55 Celsius degrees. The results show the increasing use of more reflective roofs at the end of the study period.
