The results of the review resources indicate that the focus of most evaluations was on the success rate of the programs and less is considered to determine the value and competency of the programs, and this situation is quite tangible in the mathematical course . Therefore , in order to fill this gap especially the necessity of achieving evaluation patterns based on native and cultural conditions, the purpose of this study is to develop a suitable evaluation model of the maths curriculum. The method of this study is descriptive analysis or theoretical analysis. In this regard, Upper mathematical documents, the desired state of program maker namely the criteria was in ferred. And because the basis of criterion -oriented model. This pattern has been refined in Some Dimensions aspect of assessment, reform, and finally approved by 16 experts. The result of this study reveals that in the proposed criterion - based pattern, the elements of the syllabus showd be determined after designing the evaluation level of the math subject. Afterwards, we should select the subject wich should be evaluation in the program. Then, the common and uncommon areas between the program and the evaluation criteria should be extracted based on the already extracted criteria finally, the program feedback, reform and restore should be take into account.
