Abstract:
Inthemodernorganization,corruptionisanegativephenomenon,whichmeasuresthevalues oftheorganizationsandnormsofbehavior;andthenegativeeffectonemployeeswhoadhere togoalsandorganizationalprocesses.therefore,thehumanstrengthasoneofthemost importantassetsoftheorganizationisalwayspronetodamageanderosioncausedbyinternal andexternalfactors;intheeventoftheorganization,asupportsystemandadapttoscientific, humanandethicalprincipleswillbeabletoincreasestaffperformance,efficiencyand performanceofemployees.thepurposeofthispaperistoanalyzeandanalyzethecorruption behaviorsattheindividuallevelandtheorganizationalset,andthenanalyzecorruption behaviorsatindividualandcollectivelevels,andtheninvestigatecorruptionbehaviorson theindividualandcollectivelevels,andtoinvestigatetheunderlyingcausesofhuman resources in the presence of corruption intheorganizational environment.
