The focalization of " Shab- e- Sohrab koshan" of Bijan Najdi

Among the works of Bijan Najdi the story of " Shab- e – Sohrab Koshan" from the stories book " Youz Palangani ke ba Man Davidehand" has used completely of the technique of narrating focalization. The goal of the study is to discover and determine the types of focalization in this narration based on the situation of focalizer and the level of focalizing  continuity. Accordingly, after the study of this story the results showed that in this narration its external focalization belongs to narrator- focalizer and then the internal focalization is related to the character- focalizer that demonstrates a contrast between temporal and spatial reception and restricted and unrestricted knowledge and insight.
The study of emotional component shows that the contrast of internal and external focalization, puts the neutral focalization of internal character focalizer against the colored focalizer of external narrator- focalizer. Through the focalization continuity, the results showed that in this narration the degree of persistence and focalization continuity in the deferent levels is fixed and is demonstrated from the view of narrator- focalizer point of view.
