Study the attitudes of sport and youth offices employees to information and communication technology in Kermanshah

Today organizations use information and communication technology (ICT) to take over the issues and benefit lots of advantages. This research aims to Study the attitudes of sport and youth offices employees to information and communication technology in Kermanshah. This is a descriptive-correlational survey and the results are functional. The population consists of sport and youth office employees, the sample size is equal the population. The research tool is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis. The results showed that employee's mental perception of technology usefulness and ease of technology use is related to Technology Acceptance (TA) significantly and also there is significant correlation between technological employee's attitudes and ease of technology use with TA. Finally the mangers of sport and youth offices can develop the technology knowledge through proper trainings and leverage it for higher efficiency.
