The impact of knowledge management on performance of corporations with an emphasis on the role of social capital and dynamic capability
The present study aims to study the impact of knowledge management on performance of corporations with an emphasis on the role of social capital and dynamic capability. This study is, in terms of the aim, an applied research and in terms of methodology, a descriptive-correlation. The statistical society of this research is knowledge organizations based in the science and technology parks. The tool for collecting data was a standard questionnaire, the content validity of which was confirmed by experts’ comments, and its reliability was confirmed by Cranach’s alpha coefficient(Knowledge management,/081, performance, 0/88, dynamic capability, 0/70, social capital, 0/83 ). The conceptual model and hypotheses of the research are tested by structural equations modeling using smart PLS software. The findings showed that impact of knowledge management on performance is not significant directly and that it is only significant indirectly and through social capital. In addition, knowledge management does not have significant impact on dynamic capabilities. Other findings showed that social capital is effective on performance and dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities have significant impact on the performance.
