Investigating the Role and Influence of Organizational Culture on Resistance Economics (Case study: Headquarters of a government ministry)
Resistance economy is an economy that is resilient; with global provocations, with global impulses, it is not subjected to US and non-US policies; the economy relies on the people. Therefore, one of the solutions to the realization of a resilient economy is to support the culture of resistance governing the organization and society. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and influence of organizational culture on resilience economics in the headquarters of a government ministry and attempts to answer the question of how organizational culture has a resilient economy. ? For this purpose, using descriptive-survey method and correlation, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 50 questions, whose reliability was calculated by SPSS software 0.92, and 100 individuals were identified as the statistical community and based on Morgan's table, the statistical sample 80 people were selected who answered questionnaire questions. In this research, organizational culture components in 6 dimensions of organizational participation, organizational flexibility, organizational mission and mission, organizational adaptability, organizational adaptability, innovation, creativity and jihadi culture, and components of resistance economy were categorized in five dimensions. After calculating and analyzing the data, it was determined that the impact of organizational culture on the support of national production (99%); consumption of domestic goods (67%); consumption management and reform of its pattern (96%), Productivity (95%) and Endogenous (96%).
