Spiritual Elevation of Female Staff in Armed Forces Based on Fatimi Lifestyle

Choosing a lifestyle which corresponds to Islamic criteria requires us to study  the life of eminent Islamic figures. Therefore, it seems necessary for Muslim  women to study the lifestyle of Her Holiness Fatima Al-Zahra who was the superior exemplar of a Muslim woman.  This paper carries out a library research studying religious texts and the Leader of the Islamic Revolution’s words. The objective is to answer the research’s  main questions including “what is Her Holiness Fatima Al-Zahra’s lifestyle  like?” and “how can the female staff of the armed forces benefit from Her  Holiness Fatima Al-Zahra’s lifestyle in order to achieve spiritual elevation?”  Therefore, after defining concepts including spirituality, lifestyle, and Islamic  lifestyle, the paper discusses the leader of Islamic Revolution’s urge to follow  Islamic lifestyle. The paper, studying Her Holiness Fatima Al-Zahra’s lifestyle  and introducing different examples from her life, investigates how female  staff of the armed forces can achieve spiritual elevation. It also analyzes  different methods of a married life and upbringing, observance of Hijab, how  spiritual elevation can be achieved in workplace based on Fatemi lifestyle, and how worship, work, and family can be dealt with all together. Finally,  it proposes some suggestions about how organizations can pave the way for  female staff and also the things they need to do in order to achieve spiritual elevation.
