The Role of Knowledge Management and Empowering Personnel in Organizational Effectiveness of NAJA

Abstract:
Purpose

Considering the increasing environmental change, issues of knowledge management, empowerment and organizational effectiveness have possessed significant importance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of knowledge management and staff empowerment in organizational effectiveness of staff of NAJA organization. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The population consisted of all 310,000 employees of the organization. Stratified random sampling method was used and Krejcie and Morgan table were applied to determine the sample size. Accordingly, 384 individuals participated in this study. The measuring tools of the study included three standard Newman and Conrad knowledge management questionnaires with a reliability coefficient of 0.96, a standard Spritzer psychological empowerment questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.87 and a Parsons organizational effectiveness standard questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.92. so, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to determine reliability. In addition, the research took advantage of face validity and content validity to determine the validity of the questionnaires. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were utilized to analyze the data. Also, all stages of data analysis were analyzed using Spss18 software. The results of the present study confirmed all the research hypotheses. In other words, 1. There is a direct relationship between knowledge management and the effectiveness of the staff of the NAJA 2. There is a direct relationship between empowerment and the effectiveness of NAJA staff 3. There is a direct relationship between knowledge management and empowerment of the staff of the NAJA 4. Knowledge management and staff empowerment have the power to predict the organizational effectiveness of the NAJA.
