The Influence of Organizational Strategic Capabilities on Innovative Employee Performance
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational strategic capabilities on innovative employee performance. They are correlated in terms of the purpose of the applied research, in terms of the method of conducting the research. The statistical population in this study consists of all employees of the General Department of Economic Affairs and Finance of Ardabil province, whose number is equal to 460 people. Sampling is a stratified random method. Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size, according to which the number of statistical samples was 210, and the present study was conducted in two theoretical and practical sections. In the theoretical part, the necessary information was obtained using library and documentary methods, and in the practical part, standard field questionnaires and standard questionnaires were used to collect information. Data analysis was performed using laser software and structural equation testing. The results of the research show that the strategic capabilities of the organization have a significant effect on the innovative performance of employees.
