Personnel (Case Study: Bandar Abbas Maritime Base)
The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the organizational learning of the employees of the I.R.I. Police organization (Case study: Bandar Abbas Maritime Base).
Research method is of a descriptive-analytical type that has been conducted using a survey method. The statistical population included all the employees of the maritime base of Bandar Abbas police force. 170 employees were selected using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire based on factors affecting the organizational learning of the I.R.I. Police and the Senge standard questionnaire based on the five-value Likert scale, the validity and reliability of which have been confirmed.
The research findings show that the factors of proper leadership, deepening space, localization, work-family balance, time management and gaining experience have had a positive and significant effect on organizational learning of employees of Bandar Abbas maritime police base at the significance level of 0.05. Also, proper leadership has the most and time management has the least impact at the significance level of 0.05.
Appropriate leadership factors, deepening space, localization, work-family balance, time management and learning experience had a positive effect on the organizational learning of the employees of Bandar Abbas maritime police base.
