Presenting the Model of Knowledge Maturity Impact on Organizational Innovation with Mediating Role of Organizational Health
The purpose of this study was to present the impact of knowledge maturity model on organizational innovation with the mediating role of organizational health in educational centers of Mazandaran province. This research was generally applied in terms of purpose, in terms of controlling variables and data collection, it was concidered descriptive in terms of context, respectively. The statistical population of this research was the staffs working in west educational-medical centers of Mazandaran province with 320 persons selected as the sample of study. Afterward, the data were analyzed using smart-pls and spss software. According to the findings, all factor loadings were statistically significant and the mediator role was confirmed. In the presented model, the results of the model quality test showed R2 was the organizational health variable between medium to strong; R2 innovation variable was strong; F2 test results with CV red coefficients concluded that the quality of structural model was moderate to strong in predicting organizational innovation behavior. In other words, explaining the organizational innovation variable, the share of knowledge maturity variable was equal 0.503 that was a strong level; in addition, the share of organizational health variable was equal 0.117 in fact it was between weak and medium value. In explaining the organizational health variable, the contribution of knowledge maturity variable considered equal to 0.503whose value was at strong level and SRMR value was less than 0.1; ist conservative was 0.08; RMSR was equal (0.0744). Therefore, our model provided favorable condition.
