The Pennsylvania State worry Questionnaire, the uncertainty intolerance Scale, HbA1C and FBS were recorded and Subsequently the experimental group participated in a training course on globalization harmed by Nahj al- Blagha concepts that was held in eight sessions. To analyze the data, multivariate covariance analysis was used. Data were analyzed using spss23 software. The mean score of worry, uncertainty intolerance and blood glucose (FBS, HbA1C) in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group after the intervention based on multivariate covariance analysis. The findings indicate that the effect of independent variables on significant variables has significant and education mentioned has affected on worry, uncertainty intolerance and blood glucose in diabetic patients. Based on the results, education secularist harms to diabetic patients can reduce the worry and uncertainty intolerance and also synchronize with the drug therapy to control the blood glucose in patients with type2 diabetes so it is suggested that this A method to treat and reduce the physical and psychological consequences of diabetes.
