This research work is an effort to identify and examine the social injury from the perspective of experts and the role played by the media in their prevention and controlling. The objective behind this study is awareness, prevention and combating of social injuries by adopting a qualitative approach and in-depth interview technic. The statistical population of the study includes experts of sociology, psychology and media who have been selected on based objective non-random sampling. The theoretical framework of this research work is based on social pathology or other socio- psychological theories. Findings show that the most important social injury among the adolescences, includes individual, social, newly emerged cyberspace and, managerial and administrative harms and injuries. The individual and psychological factors causing social harms and injuries among the teenagers are divided into two groups of internal (oneself) and external (environment). Among the most important socio-cultural factors responsible for social injuries are structural and administrative, relations with peers of people of the same age group, imported western values, advance of media technology, loosening of ethics and universal values. The newly emerged social injuries are outcome of expansion and development of cyberspace and social media as well as educational, family, individual, social and political factors.
