A Knowledge Management Model in the Cultural and Educational Affairs Office of Tehran Prisons
Knowledge management is one of the effective factors in the agility and effectiveness of the performance of the Cultural and Educational Department of Tehran Prisons and its development can improve the performance of the field of correction and education and reduce high-risk behaviors among prisoners and their families. Therefore, considering the importance of knowledge management, the main purpose of this study is to present a quantitative model of knowledge management in the Department of Cultural and Educational Affairs of Tehran Prisons.
The present study is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study was 271 employees and managers of cultural affairs of prisons in Tehran province, and based on Morgan's table, 160 people were selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool is a 21-item researcher-made questionnaire. To calculate the reliability of the research instrument, the questionnaire was distributed among 25 samples and Cronbach's alpha was 0.79 in the questionnaire. Structural equations and the Dimitel technique have been used to analyze the data.
The findings of the structural equation test showed that the enumerated model was well-suited and had the highest transparency component, and the components of the expert network, ease of access, and knowledge evaluation processes were ranked second to fourth.
The results showed that the components of ease of access, transparency and trust are among the main components affecting knowledge management and the components of the network of experts, reward and strategy in the category of the main components affected by knowledge management. Therefore, by upgrading and improving the effective components, it can ultimately improve knowledge management and improve the flow of knowledge in the Office of Cultural Affairs of Tehran Province Prisons.
