The relationship between cultural identity and quality of working life in women-headed households (Case study: Semnan)
Cultural identity is one of the most important cultural indicators of every society, the tahdotalq of self-culture can affect the quality of work. Quality of work life within the organization is fulfilled through measuring satisfaction, low absence and motivation in employees. One of the important pests Management is a disregard for the quality of working life of the employees of the Organization. It significantly reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization. The research is applied for the purpose of this research, descriptive and survey type, which has been used to data collection using a questionnaire and a descriptive method And Tbeini analysis of data. This study was conducted at a time period of 1397. The sample size was set by a decision model table "Krejcie and Morgan ", 385 people. Sample members are selected by available sampling method. The method of analyzing the data collected through SPSS software was used. The results show that job hardness and the quality of the poor and poor working life among female-headed households is far greater than men in female-headed households.
