Heart's role in management

With industrial societies evolving, and the increasing growth of industries, the importance of management and leadership has become increasingly apparent in such a way that the aim of many management theories such as motivation, communication, and leadership was to draw our attention to the perception of emotional and spiritual needs and their role in human interaction and behavior, and in short to the influence of the heart's role in management. In this paper, a summary of Mojtaba Kashani's book The Role of the Heart in Management will be described. The aim of discussing the heart's role in management is to revive the organization's motherly and emotional role and care along with its paternal and rational function to establish morality and inspiration and enhance work conscience, order, and unity with the organization.
