Investigating the Relationship between Leadership Learning and Electronic Learning of Students during the Coronavirus Epidemic Period
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between leader self-learning and e-learning of students during the coronavirus epidemic. The statistical population of this study includes all students of the Department of Educational Sciences of Payame Noor University of Kermanshah. The sample size in this study was 226 people and a simple random sampling method was used to select them. Data collection tools were a self-study questionnaire for Fisher et al. (2001) and a standard electronic e-learning readiness questionnaire Vatniz (2004). Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data to determine the degree of participation of different educational groups of men and women and inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test and analysis of variance. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between self-learning and e-learning. The results of the study showed that the level of self-learning of the leader is not significantly different between men and women as well as in different educational groups in our society.
