The Role of Jihadist Management on the Performance of Security Personnel

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of jihad management dimensions on employees' performance (based on Supreme Leader's ideas) in security organizations; Jihadist management consists of three dimensions of spiritual leadership, spiritual observance and spirituality.

The present research is applied in terms of applied purpose and in terms of research methodology, descriptive correlational type and in terms of collecting information is a library research, in terms of collecting statistics and information is a type of field research. The statistical population of this research is 102 employees of one of the organizations affiliated to the armed forces. For collecting data, two standard questionnaires have been used. 80 people were selected as sample using targeted sampling. The validity method was used for reliability and for statistical reliability, such as Cronbach's alpha, Cronbach's alpha for Jihadist alert was 0.91 and 0.72 for performance, and given that the Cronbach's alpha of both variables is higher than 0.7, it shows a high reliability of the questionnaires. Also, to investigate the research hypotheses, we first tested the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to study the components of the research, Friedman tests for component evaluation, T-test, to test the utility of the components in the target population, test (ANOVA) to examine the differences between the different levels of education and using linear regression test (to examine the assumption that the impact of Jihadist management on organizational performance is used).

The results of the research show that there is a high correlation between Jihadist management variables on the performance and the effect of Jihadist management on the performance of the employees and also that the Jihadist management variable is not in desirable condition.
