Study of the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Social Capital of Teachers in Tabriz Boys’ High School

The aim of this paper was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and social capital of teachers in boys’ high school of Tabriz. To get to the mentioned aim, four hypotheses have been compiled and tested. The population of this study included all the teachers of Tabriz boys’ high School in five zones in years 2008-09. Using Morgan table, the statistical sample was estimated to be 320 teachers which have been sampled through stratified random sampling. To collect the related data to test the hypotheses of the study, we used the standard questionnaire of organizational culture of Denison model and the researcher’s questionnaire of social capital. For analyzing data, Kolomogorov-Smirnov and Pearson correlation coefficient tests were used. The result of the study showed that there is a meaningful relationship between adaptability culture, mission culture, participative culture, consistency culture, and social capital.
