The crisis Management of Iran’s oil exports during Imposed War

Iran passed several crises during the imposed war, including the crisis management of oil exports and Efforts of the Ba’athist regime in Iraq and its allies in preventing the exports of Iran’s oil and efforts to reduce financial resources. In this regard, the centralization of Iran’s oil exports facilities in Kharg Island were considered to be a vulnerable point in Iran in this war.and Iraq considering to this point was in effort to reduce the source of foreign exchange earnings of country to zero. The reduction of foreign exchange resource and bringing of iran to the negotiation table while iran had not any diplomatic bargaining power was one of the most important Iraq’s goals in reapeated attacks on the facilities of kharg island. Thus, the main question of this research is ((How Iran could prevent and overcome the crisis of oil in Iran-Iraq war)). The author intends to analyze the method of crisis management of Iran’s oil exports during the holy defense period by using a descriptive analytic process. The findings show that the high-rise officials of the country were in support of the people and initiatives of experts as well as the dedication of armed forces, controlled this crisis through decentralization and mass detoxification of Iranian oil centers. In fact, they designed a set of factors to cope with the consequences of the Iran’s oil exports crisis and the discount of negative consequences. To coincide with the reduction of progressive vulnerability, growing capacities increase and the facilities and arrangements of the Iraq’s regime to induce Iran to accepting the conditions and circumstances be ineffective. Thus, the crisis management provided the pressures of the opponent to impose neutral power and the transition field from the emergency and crisis situation to the ordinary.
