Abstract:

Vocal cord paralysis following surgery especially after 4th ventricle and brain stem surgeries is a great concern for anesthesiologist and intensivist. On time tracheostomy has a substantial role in their management and reanimation. Here we report postoperative bilateral vocal cord paralysis in a child undergoing 4th ventricle tumor surgery.
