Providing a model for effective factors of the growth centers on entrepreneurship development in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University

The overall aim of this study was to provide a model for effective factors of the growth centers on entrepreneurship development in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. This study was applied in purpose and descriptive-survey in research method. The statistical population of this study included all heads of universities and colleges, deputies and managers of the expert groups in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran, which their total number was 307 people. According to the Cochran formula, 172 people were selected as sample using random cluster sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire with 95 items and 2 dimensions of "structural and context" and 8 components of "culture, human resources, infrastructures, planning, organization, goals, services and support and outputs "was used. The face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was calculated 0.88 using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the data, structural equation test was used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the effective factors of growth centers on entrepreneurship development and the structural and context dimensions, and the structural dimension with factor loading of 0.89 has the highest impact. The proposed model also has suitable fit.
